KCC provides subsea grouting and void filling services to restore structural integrity beneath marine foundations, around pipeline supports, and within deteriorated concrete marine structures. Voids beneath jetty pile caps, scour holes under seawall toes, and annular spaces around pipeline casings are filled with cementitious or resin grout injected under diver supervision.
Grout is delivered through pre-installed injection ports or through hoses held in position by divers, with vent ports confirming grout travel and void filling. For large voids, tremie concrete placement is used in preference to grout. Post-grouting inspection by diver confirms fill and identifies any residual voids requiring secondary injection.
Compliance: Grout mix design and injection procedures follow BS EN 12715 (Execution of Special Geotechnical Works — Grouting). Diving operations comply with IMCA D 045 and HSE Diving at Work Regulations 1997.
Voids beneath marine foundations and around pipeline supports are a leading cause of progressive structural failure. Early grouting intervention arrests deterioration and restores load-carrying capacity at a fraction of the cost of structural replacement.
Mechanical Clamp Installation
