A selection of KCC's completed marine and diving works across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia — from major infrastructure programmes to specialist inspection and environmental monitoring.

Gammon Construction Ltd / HKIA
KCC delivered a specialist marine works package for Gammon Construction as part of the HKIA Third Runway System (3RS) — one of Hong Kong's most ambitious infrastructure programmes.

CLP Power Hong Kong Limited
KCC delivered specialist commercial diving support for the cooling water infrastructure modification at Black Point Power Station's 550 MW CCGT Unit D1 expansion. Working under Leighton Asia for CLP Power Hong Kong, our dive teams executed the underwater installation of a diversional culvert within the station's once-through seawater cooling system — serving the new Siemens SGT5-8000H gas turbine. All in-water works were carried out safely within a live, operational power station environment, contributing to the successful delivery of one of Hong Kong's most significant power generation projects.
Marine Department, HKSAR
Installation of 48 new mooring anchors and associated chain and buoy systems within Sai Kung Typhoon Shelter. Works included seabed survey, anchor installation by diver, chain tensioning, and as-built survey. Coordinated with Marine Department vessel traffic management.

Confidential Client
KCC was engaged by a confidential client to carry out subsea cable tracing and inspection works in Hong Kong waters. Using specialist cable-tracing equipment and experienced commercial divers, KCC located, traced, and visually inspected the client's subsea cable route, providing a detailed condition report and positional record of the asset.

Confidential (Vessel Owner / Manager)
KCC was mobilised at short notice to remove fouling debris — including entangled rope and fishing net — from the azimuth thruster of a vessel berthed in Hong Kong port waters. The operation restored full thruster function and returned the vessel to service without the need for dry-docking.

AECOM (on behalf of Antiquities & Monuments Office, HKSAR)
KCC has provided specialist commercial diving support for underwater archaeological investigations across multiple locations in Hong Kong waters. Working as diving contractor to AECOM on behalf of the Antiquities & Monuments Office (AMO) of the HKSAR Government, KCC divers conducted seabed anomaly checks and pre-works archaeological clearance surveys ahead of major marine infrastructure projects.

Leighton (Hong Kong)
KCC executed the removal of large steel pen gates from a marine civil works structure in Hong Kong. The operation involved rigging, de-tensioning, and controlled extraction of the heavy steel gate panels from their embedded channels
